Captain Henderson Higgins: G1, The Bureau of Extraordinary Investigations
Captain Henderson Higgins: G1, The Bureau of Extraordinary Investigations
Age: Late twenties.
Tall woman.
Athletic.
Cocky.
Full of piss and vinegar.
Not afraid of a challenge.
Gorgeous but in a down home sort of way.
Not into heavy makeup or fancy clothing; though she can make any clothing look like a million dollars.
Top agent for G1. Usually pairs with Colonel March Edwards.
Officially they go by their proper ranks and names.
Unofficially she and the Colonel go by Higgins and March.

The Crimson Ghost is a pre-modern villain.
Villains have been in the movies, TV and radio for decades. In the older media pieces villains were usually these over the top kind of people...Goldfinger, as one instance from the James Bond movies...the Crimson Ghost from the Republic chapter play series and the evil robber, cattle barons of the old Westerns starring John Wayne. Roy Rogers and Gene Autry to name a few of the also, over the top heroes.
I've always loved the various genre for their attempts to tell a good story using villains that seem ordinary enough on the outside, but on the inside, they're pretty nasty.
So why not combine the best of the best?
Heroes who won't stand out in a crowd.
And a villain...or is it villains?...who represent a different aspect of man...one so intent on survival of their own purpose in life that they can go to extreme we would find totally repulsive to consider. That is, those of us who are sane.

One version of the cover for my first G1 novel. It has some big clues in it about what the story is about.
